Measuring the correct collar size:
- Using a flexible measuring tape or piece of string, measure your dog's neck while they are standing or sitting (not laying down).
- Allow for a generous two-finger fit between the neck and the tape if you have small adult-size hands, or a snug fit if you have large hands.
What is paracord?
Parachute cord AKA "Paracord" is a small cord consisting of a coloured cover and 7 tiny inner strands. We typically use Paracord 550 as decor (for example, nosebands on halters or turkshead knots on lead ropes) or as the main braided component of items such as dog collars, leashes, and hand-braided reins.

How to measure for a dog collar
Measure around your dog's neck with a piece of string or flexible tape measure where you'd like the collar to sit.
Allow space for two fingers to fit between the neck and the collar. It is better for the collar to be slightly too big than slightly too small.
