Every finished piece of horse and dog gear is created in small batches or made to order, with close attention paid to materials, construction, and real-world use. Our focus is not mass production, but consistent, functional craftsmanship designed to hold up over time when used appropriately.
Craftsmanship Guarantee
We guarantee the workmanship of our finished gear.
If an item arrives with a defect related to construction or materials, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or resolution on a case-by-case basis.
This guarantee applies to both pre-made and custom gear and covers issues of craftsmanship—not normal wear, incorrect sizing selections, misuse, or use outside the item’s intended purpose.
Custom Work
Custom items are made specifically to the options selected at the time of ordering and are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, custom work is fully covered under our craftsmanship guarantee. If there is an issue related to how a custom item was made, we will address it thoughtfully and fairly.
Returns
