All orders from The Maker Barn Studio ship from Saskatchewan, Canada.

Shipping timelines vary depending on whether an item is custom-made or pre-made, as outlined below.


Processing Times

Custom Orders
Custom items are made to order and processed in the order they are received. Typical production time is 2–3 weeks.

During peak periods—such as holidays or the start of show season—processing times may extend to 3–4 weeks.

Pre-Made Items & Maker Supplies
Pre-made horse and dog gear, as well as maker supplies (hardware, waterproof webbing, paracord, etc.), typically ship within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.


Rush Orders

Limited rush production may be available for an additional fee, depending on current workload.

If you require an item sooner, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and parcel size. Estimated delivery times begin after an order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Western Canada

  • Free shipping on orders $199+ CAD

  • Standard shipping (3–9 business days): $20 CAD

Eastern Canada

  • Free shipping on orders $199+ CAD

  • Standard shipping (3–9 business days): $25 CAD

Maritimes & Territories

  • Free shipping on orders $210+ CAD

  • Standard shipping (3–9 business days): $30 CAD


United States

  • Free shipping on orders $210+ CAD

  • Standard international shipping (4–8 business days): $25 CAD


International Orders

  • Free shipping on orders $210+ CAD

  • Standard international shipping (6–10 business days): $30 CAD

Duties & Customs

All duties, taxes, customs fees, exchange rates, and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in shipping costs and are determined by the destination country.
