We accept returns on eligible pre-made items and maker supplies within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Maker supplies include items such as hardware, waterproof webbing, paracord, and other materials sold for DIY use.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, custom items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any gear made to specified sizes, colours, materials, or configurations selected at the time of ordering.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We stand behind the quality of our work.
If an item arrives with a defect related to workmanship or construction, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or resolution on a case-by-case basis.
This guarantee applies to both pre-made and custom items and covers issues related to craftsmanship—not normal wear, improper use, or damage resulting from misuse or incorrect application.
